How long does shipping take for instruments?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For larger items like pianos or drum kits, we use specialized couriers which may take 7-10 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on electronic equipment?
Yes, all electronic equipment including amplifiers, pedals, and keyboards come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects.
What is your return policy if I don't like my instrument?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. The instrument must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that hygiene-sensitive items like reeds and mouthpieces cannot be returned.
Are instruments set up before they are shipped?
Absolutely. Our in-house technicians inspect and perform a basic setup on every guitar and orchestral instrument to ensure it is playable straight out of the box.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
